Among the biggest Church, and the bridge on the river Yayabo, symbols of the Villa Espirituana, is the Inn of the I Govern whose construction dates of 1514. Set in what was the residence of the notable and illustrious doctor Don Rudesindo García del Rijo; their architectural characteristics and their location transform it into a building of high patrimonial value.
